AI training & adoption.

Concepting → team training → adoption. We help your team put AI to daily use — not as ad-hoc prompts but as a system.

// 01 — what training means in practice

A workshop isn’t enough — you need a system.

The typical “AI training” is 4 hours of slides and experimenting. A week later it’s all forgotten. Our model is repeatable, measured and followed up.

AI training gets pitched in every coffee-break conversation. But the ROI of most projects is weak: the team is excited for a day, experiments for a week, then slides back into the old way of working. What’s left? A paid ChatGPT subscription nobody uses systematically.

Our approach is different. Training is only the start — we combine it with the team’s own tools (custom prompts + integrations + tracking) and ongoing support for the first 2–3 months. We measure usage, iterate the system, and make sure AI becomes part of daily work, not an occasional experiment.

What the project includes

A team workshop (1–2 days): a hands-on introduction to AI tools, not just theory. Custom tools (1–2 weeks): a prompt library + possible integrations into the team’s own systems. Onboarding (2–3 months): weekly check-ins, usage-data analysis, prompt iteration.

The metric: how many team members use AI daily after 3 months. That’s the only number that tells you whether the training succeeded.

AI enters the workflow only when it’s made systematic.

Why order training + adoption as a package?

Six reasons why our clients choose a 2–3 month program over a standalone workshop.

  • 01.

Workshop + tools + support together

Training is the start, not the deliverable. You also get a custom prompt library, integrations and 2–3 months of ongoing support — on one invoice.

  • 02.

    Tailored to your team’s needs

A marketing team needs different AI tools than a development team. We design the program for your team’s workflow — not a generic “AI for everyone”.

  • 03.

    Measurement-driven follow-up

We track usage data weekly. If a team member isn’t using the tools, we find out why. We iterate the prompts and tools until usage becomes routine.

  • 04.

The materials stay with the team

A Slack channel for custom prompts, a Notion page for the basics, video tutorials. The materials remain in the team’s internal use after the program ends.

  • 05.

    Hands-on, not theoretical

The workshop is based on the team’s real tasks — no imaginary examples. Every exercise is something the participant will actually do the following week.

  • 06.

    Scales as you grow

New employees get the same training + materials. Custom tools grow with the team. The prompt library expands with new templates as needs emerge.

Onboarding & follow-up

Weekly check-ins, usage-data analysis, prompt iteration. The metric: daily active users.

// 05 — example

Example: a 12-person marketing team

A typical project: the marketing team of a mid-sized company (12 people) wants to put AI to work in content production. Starting point: 2 people use ChatGPT occasionally, the rest barely at all. Goal: in 3 months the whole team uses AI daily.

The program: a 2-day workshop (emails, content, campaign copy, image gen). A custom prompt library (12 templates in the brand voice). A Slack channel for sharing prompts. 3 months of weekly check-ins (15 min each).

The outcome: after 3 months, 10 of 12 people use AI daily. Content production time dropped by 40% on average. Brand-consistent quality across all AI-produced material.

What does the training actually include?

A 1–2 day workshop for your team (hands-on, based on your own tasks). A custom prompt library (5–15 templates in the brand voice). A Slack channel for prompt sharing. 2–3 months of ongoing support + weekly check-ins. Documentation + video tutorials.

Remote or on-site?

Both work. For the workshop we recommend on-site in Tampere or at your offices — the interaction is better. The onboarding phase runs remotely over Slack and Zoom. We agree case by case.

What does it cost?

The price depends on team size and the scope of the program (workshop + tools + 2–3 months of onboarding). The package includes everything agreed — no surprise invoices when custom prompts or integrations need iteration. The exact price is set once team size and needs are clear.

Which AI tools are used in the training?

Main tools: Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Higgsfield for image gen. The team’s own licenses, or NOX procures them if needed. If the team already has AI subscriptions, we use those. The goal is not to create new costs but to leverage what you already have.

How do we know the training worked?

The metrics are agreed up front. The most common: after 3 months, X% of the team uses AI daily (measured from usage data). Another common one: the team’s own assessment that the workflow has changed. We offer a money-back guarantee if the agreed metrics aren’t met.
