Visualizations & 3D.
From plan to reality — photorealistic 3D + AI-accelerated image generation. From brand animations to real-estate visualizations.
// 01 — what is ai-accelerated 3d
Classic 3D + AI rendering = a new kind of speed.
Years of 3D experience + new AI tools (Higgsfield, ComfyUI, Sora) = faster and more atmospheric than before.
Traditional 3D visualization has been a cornerstone of real-estate marketing — show the property before it’s built, let the prospective buyer imagine the atmosphere. High-quality images ease the buying decision and make the property stand out in the market.
NOX Visual has years of experience in this. Now we combine classic 3D modeling (Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal) with new AI tools (Higgsfield, ComfyUI, Sora, Midjourney) — achieving the same photorealism faster, and opening up new visual styles that weren’t possible before.
What we build
Real-estate 3D: exteriors, interior visualizations, surface materials, yard plans — photorealistically, before construction even starts. Brand animations: logo intros, product demos, social media videos. Product visualizations: machine parts, instruction guides, 360° views. AI-accelerated marketing imagery: brand mood shots, campaign graphics, batch-produced variants.
What they share: visual quality that holds up to close inspection, and a process that scales from a single image to a ten-variant campaign.

Why visualize with NOX?
Six reasons why real-estate marketers and brands choose NOX over a generic 3D studio.
- 01.
Years of 3D craft
Classic modeling, lighting technique, materials — NOX Visual has produced photorealistic 3D for real-estate marketing for a long time. That foundation combined with new AI tools yields results that AI alone can’t.
- 02.
AI toolchain included
Higgsfield, ComfyUI, Sora, Midjourney, Flux — we use the latest generative tool arsenal where it produces the best result. Classic 3D where precision is needed.
- 03.
Atmosphere and detail
Surface materials, lighting, the liveliness of the environment — the details that make a 3D image believable. A bare AI prompt doesn’t produce them yet.
- 04.
Batch production for campaigns
One concept → ten or a hundred variants in the same brand style. A brand-adherent workflow that scales to the size of the campaign.
- 05.
Brand animations and video
Using Sora we can produce short videos: logo intros, product demos, social media teasers. Combined with classic 3D animation, all kinds of use cases.
- 06.
Turn-key or ongoing collaboration
From single images to long-running campaign collaborations. Images are delivered as high-res files + brand guidelines for consistency in future campaigns.
A visualization project in four phases.
Image planning
What to show + to whom + in what mood. References, mood board, composition sketches.
3D modeling
Floor plans → 3D model (Blender, Cinema4D). Surface materials, lighting setups, camera angles.
AI render & variants
Base render and AI-accelerated post-production. Batch variants in different moods for campaigns.
Post-production & delivery
Color grading, retouching, format conversion (print, web, video). Brand guidelines if repeatability is needed.
// 05 — example
Example: a real-estate campaign
A typical project: a developer wants to present a new residential property before construction. We need 8 visualization images (exterior + interior + surroundings) + a short video for social media.
The process: floor plans → 3D model (Blender, 1 wk) → render setup (lighting, cameras) → AI-accelerated post-production (Higgsfield + ComfyUI for mood variations) → a short video (Sora-based camera movement + AI-rendered interpolation). 3–4 weeks in total.
The deliverable: images at web/print resolution + a 30-second social media video + brand guidelines for further use. Similar work scales from brand campaigns to product visualizations.

What tools do you use?
For classic 3D: Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine. For AI rendering: Higgsfield, ComfyUI (SDXL + Flux), Sora for video, Midjourney for inspiration. Post-production: Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects. The tool is chosen by use case.
What formats do I get?
Images: PNG/JPG high-res (4K–8K), TIFF for print quality. Videos: MP4 H.264/H.265, ProRes for editing. Vectors (logos, icons): SVG, PDF. We also deliver source files if you want to continue the work yourself.
How long does an 8-image campaign take?
A typical schedule is 3–4 weeks: concept 1 wk, 3D model 1 wk, render + AI 1 wk, post-production + delivery 3–5 days. For urgent projects, 2 weeks is possible.
What does it cost?
The price depends on the scope of the project: the number of images, the style, the camera angles and whether video is needed as well. We always quote per project — tell us what you need and you’ll get a concrete price and schedule estimate.
Who owns the rights?
Images are delivered to the client with a full-rights license — free use in marketing, print and web. For AI-generated material we follow the Anthropic/OpenAI/Stability AI terms of use, which permit commercial use. The 3D models and textures used are delivered if you want to continue the work yourself.
