Xtend Blower
The same tempering cycle twice: first with a steel impeller, then with a carbon fibre one. Two animations show where the energy saving comes from.
01 Goal
In the blowers of a glass tempering line, the Xtend Blowers carbon fibre impeller replaces the steel one. The energy saving of the lighter impeller had to be made visible, so the difference is clear at a single glance.
02 Solution
The 3D animation runs the same tempering cycle first with the steel impeller and then with the carbon fibre one. Speed, the power curve and cumulative energy move on screen in step with the machine, so the video also works without sound.

The dashboard version puts the machines side by side and brings cumulative energy, motor power and savings into one view. It was made for sales presentations, where the figures need to be seen at once.
